The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruiting strategy at the store-level and within our subsidiaries. The overall goal is to become a trusted and valued partner to our hiring teams.

What You'll Do

  • Source (find), evaluate, select, and hire top talent for our 21 locations and our subsidiaries, America's Choice Insurance Partners and Salem Distributors.
  • Leverage all recruiting tools to maximize candidate quality and productivity. In this market, we can't rely solely on post and pray methods.
  • Influence hiring managers and hiring teams on all hiring related decisions.
  • Become a company and industry expert. Understand real job needs at technical and results level.
  • Be the point of contact and subject matter expert regarding talent for our management team.
  • Work with Universities to recruit, hire, and develop lasting pipelines.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to candidates.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in the Recruiting field is preferred but not required, we hire for attitude and train for skill.
  • Strong understanding of social media and quick to adopt emerging technologies.
  • Must have highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners.
