Reliable Window Washers, a leading home maintenance company based in Cleveland, Ohio, is excited to extend an invitation for an ambitious and dedicated individual to take the helm of our new venture in Miami, Florida. With a proud history of making homes sparkle through our window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services, we are now looking to bring our expertise and passion for service to the sunny shores of Miami. This role, titled Manager/Operator, offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and operational excellence of our expansion territory.

In this pivotal role, you will take on the responsibilities focusing instead on managing daily operations, leading a team of contractors, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Prompt and effective communication with team members to address conversations, questions, and concerns.
• Ensuring timely and reliable service delivery by managing contractor schedules and availability.
• Overseeing the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback of workers.
• Providing top-notch customer service, including scheduling, handling cancellations, and managing billing and invoicing.
• Selling services to new leads and nurturing client relationships through our management software.
• Engaging with local businesses and community partners to increase service visibility and promote growth.
• Initially performing fieldwork, with the expectation to transition to a supervisory and managerial role as the team expands.
• Managing operational tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and executing growth strategies.

Embarking on this journey as a Manager/Operator, you can expect an intensive initial phase focused on building a solid customer base and recruiting a committed team. Our standard operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, allowing for flexibility within these parameters.

This role offers the freedom to manage administrative tasks remotely, with fieldwork dependent on customer locations. Compensation is performance-based, with unlimited potential reflecting your dedication to building a successful operation.
