The Big Burrito Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure that all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against established timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional project team activities and resources.
• Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and issues.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
